The sun is coming

The sun is coming to Dundalk, slow but surely the days are getting longer and some there are some clear days.
Today was one of them, even when in the morning looked like a typical, horrible day, later the sun was shinning in a blue sky.

But what I wonder is how can some irish people go out with shorts and short-sleeved t-shirts. I'm usually wearing my scarf, gloves and jacket and I'm still cold. The wind is freezing. Is like living inside a fridge. But here people look like they are in the caribbean.

What is that for? What happens with some irish people? Why they can't feel the cold? (and the hot, because I always burn my tonge with my tea while they drink without problems)

If someone knows the answer please tell me, text me, ring me, email me, or write a comment. I will be pleased to know.
