Ash Wednesday? Ass Wednesday!
Still with the hangover of St Valentines, Rag Week and the Chinese New Year, a new celebration arrives to the DKIT: Ash Wednesday. Despite the religious implication of the day, I was surprised to see walking zombies around the college. How can a person walk around with a gunshot in his front if is not a living dead?
Oops, it was not a gunshot, it was a circle of ash… (in this point I will place an emoticon, also called “happy faces” with a dubitative expression) Or I have been teached so bad, or it was supposed to be a cross…
Anyway, the day was quite full-time scheduled. I had the typical Wednesday classes, and the photography club, and eating food for continue alive (sorry for the christians, my quiche had bacon so I will go to the hell), going to meet Grace, my Tandem (for those who don’t know: a Tandem is a kind of bike for 2… but also is the program for learning that allows 2 people to teach each other a language). Grace was ill, so I had to come back home and postpone the meeting for other day.
In the way back home I found lots of coins…(10 coins in different places) and even not euro (a 5 pence one). Do Irish people have money enough to leave their coins all around? Is not the first time I find coins in the street, but this is the time I found the largest quantity of them…
Estrange…
Kisses to everyone!
